Sustamine is a unique dipeptide (two amino acids joined together) formed by the joining of l-alanine and l-glutamine. It’s produced via a patented fermentation method, creating a dipeptide that is more easily absorbed than polypeptides or proteins (long chains of amino acids). To reap the benefits of our Sustamine powder add your preferred amount of water or fruit juice into our shaker. Then add 1g (1/6 tsp), shake and consume. Use twice daily. For best results use 30 minutes prior to exercise and before bed.
