Description
Creatine Ethyl Ester is a highly available form of creatine attached to an ester salt to enhance the uptake of creatine into the muscle and reduced water retention compared to creatine monohydrate.
Supplementing Creatine Ethyl Ester over time will significantly increase the concentration of creatine in skeletal muscle where it is stored as creatine phosphate (PCr) and then releases the phosphate to fuel anaerobic activity where ATP uses the phosphate to power certain cellular and metabolic functions. The ATP is broken down to ADP where it loses a phosphate molecule to fuel the activity. Creatine phosphate helps to restore ATP by donating phosphate to ADP to reform ATP. This is how and why creatine has been shown to boost performance, strength and power in numerous studies.
This is particularly beneficial for short-term, high intensity exercise such as sprinting, weight lifting of cycling. For best results, it is recommended to take 3-5g of Creatine Ethyl Ester HCl either before or after a workout to increase muscle PCr stores.

Mix 1 tsp (3g) with 6-8 fl oz of water, fruit juice or preferred beverage and consume immediately. Consume Creatine Powder between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts. NOTE: Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily when supplementing with creatine.
