E.S.P.® EXTREME Pre-workout is formulated to be the highest strength, energy Pre-Workout in the marketplace. Designed for individuals who require higher potency stimulants to maximize performance, energy, and increase strength training during workouts. E.S.P. EXTREME’s unique multi-dose scoop allows you to tailor its strength to meet your specific tolerance and workout requirements.*
Consume prior to exercise on training days. Mix each scoop (serving) of E.S.P. EXTREME with 6-16 fl.oz. of cold water or beverage of choice. Due to the strength of E.S.P. EXTREME, start with 1 small scoop to assess your tolorance. Increase to 2 small scoops if desired, once assessed. With caution, for extreme energy release for advanced athletes and/or persons tolerant of high stimulants, take 1 large scoop. DO NOT EXCEED 1 LARGE SCOOP PER DAY.
Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program. Drink plenty of water and/or performance beverage such as Metabolic Nutrition Tri-PEP BCAAs to stay hydrated.

Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Consuming this product 4 hours prior to bedtime may cause difficulty sleeping.
