Directions for Use: On Training Days:
Mix 1 scoop with 10–12 fl. oz. of cold water 30–40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). Take an additional serving 1 scoop with 10–12 fl.oz. of cold water immediately after training.

Mix 1 scoop with 10–12 fl. oz. of cold water between breakfast and lunch.
