L-Carnitine is one of my favorite supplements. This single amino acid can work wonders in improving overall health and in promoting fat loss. The addition of L-Carnitine to your supplement regimen can provide a much-needed health and wellness boost, and here are a few ways in which that can happen.
First, L-Carnitine is a non-stimulant fat loss supplement. This amino acid helps to transport fatty acids from the body into cells, which are then burned as energy.
