1 cup before bedtime for morning relief.
If needed, take again the next night; do not exceed 3 cups in 24 hours.
Children 6 - 12 years old, drink ½ cup before bedtime.

Do not drink for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by your doctor.DIRECTIONS:
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over a tea bag. Let steep 5-10 minutes. Remove the tea bag, squeeze gently into the cup.
For stronger flavor and effect, steep longer. A tea bag can be re-used to extract more herbal benefits.WARNING:
